Sativa Transplant Question ???

Since sativa grows taller i plan on vegging for 3 wks because of limited indoor space. They would be in 1 gal pots for veg and since they probly would get 4 ft or bigger i was planning on finishing them 5 gal pots. My question is can i transplant during 2nd wk of veg to 5 gal pots then veg for another week then go 12/12? I dont want to transplant during flower thats why i want to put them in 5 gal. Also could i fit in topping during those 3 wks? I usually top above 4th node. Please someone give me sum info, thanks.

Big pot! Sure you can. You can also get bush master to stop elongation. You can lay the plant down if its to tall. I grew a 8 foot Acapulco Gold this past summer indoors.

Was it Barneys Farm Acapulco? cause im going to be doin sum of those. You got any tips for BF Acapulco? I heard it wasn't easy to grow.
