what your seeing there are stipules. both male, and female plants have them =]
you got another week or so probly befor preflowers will start to show.

haha i know, im just excited cause there hasnt been a single problem with this plant, it just keeps shooting up ant it looks so healthy. it would be such a waste if it turned out to be male. what can you do with males besides plant them in the courthouse yard, lol. any thc in them to make hash or butter?

Alot of people use male plants to make hash, or plant them on public property for shits and giggles :D (not recommending this lol)

Personally, I would just take a clone from each of them and put the clones into flower. Its the easiest way to figure out the sex of a plant.

Preflowers are often unreliable, and it can be very hard to distinguish between male and female.
