hey I was just curious if you have noticed any growth difference with the pot that has the drilled out holes vs a pot that is not drilled ?

i have.
and I'm a believer in air pruning lots.
Hobbes here tought me about em an did tests. +15% yield.
the first few pages in my journal has more links and info on Hobbes method.

He was a genius grower, check him out.

I am going to be growing one large plant....Growing area in cab is roughly 2'x21" x 5' h.....I was thinking of finishing with a 5 gallon air-pot....

I was also thinking of doing two transplants ?....What size air-pots would you recommend for my transplant stages ?

I use lil styrafoam cups for starters stab holes in them.

I'd just go with a smaller 3 gallon airpot.
5 gall is twice as tall, taking 1/3 your space.


I'd top for 2 or 4 colas, and run 2 plants if they are photos.
Keep 1 in the light cab for 12 an one in a dark cab for 12 hrs.

With autos I'd run 4 in gal pots.


What light you planning on ?

cfls....already have em'....

5 gallon only 1 inch taller than the 3 gallon
