buying physical copies of music (vinyl record, CD, cassette)- I have a pretty nice collection going and all of the equipment to play them so I just keep on going. Definitely where a bulk of my money goes but its what I love

my dogs- they're so spoiled..its ridiculous but I wouldn't have it any other way. They probably wouldn't either

data analysis- even though I do it all day at my job I love to come home and work on projects of my own. It is actually really easy to get into. Plenty of organizations offer free downloadable data sets that you can analyze using fairly easy to learn programs. Its not for everyone, but I love crunching numbers like that and a lot of the time they tell a very unique story.
