washing my hands..i'm howard hughes when it comes to germs and my hands..

you don't know how many times i'm halfway somewhere and it bugs me so much i have to go back..i've taken to purchasing all auto shut-off appliances..
i was a mess when i used to use an iron..afraid i left it face down on ironing board

If i have somthing in pockets like money or smoke i feel like i have to check every 5 seconds.
Same if i leave it at home i have to go back just to make sure i put it where i thought i did even if its just a dollar and they both have there own spots in top of closet.

I have had mid level ocd for as long as my old ass can remember. If I use it, I wash it before I put it up, the mower, weed eater, extension cords, drills, my pecker, does not matter, it will be cleaned properly and placed back where it goes before I could ever go to sleep. The only thing I think I let go overnight, is my bong, I have been known to go 2-3 days before I take it back to sparkling new again..lol
I have several one hitters, and I use them for a day, drop them in an alcohol bath and grab another right before bed, rinse and repeat next day.
You will catch me with a dirty pipe, but only the one I am carrying at the time...lol
I will not mention my boat as that is without a doubt, borderline, hardcore ocd...lol It gets a full blown clean up if it is removed from the garage, regardless of whether it hits the water or not..lol

I have to check and check again everything is turned off when I go to bed, the TV, toaster, kettle, washing machine everything! if I don't I lie awake thinking about it. Its such a pain in the arse!

I make sure all my gear is packed into the rucksack. Keys? Check. Smoke box? Check. Wallet? Check. Ect ect. Throw bag onto shoulder, take bag off, check all again. Happens if i'm leaving home, work, a friends place or getting in/out of vehicles. Always double check the rucksack.

Washing my hands. I hate the thought of having filth or some shit in my hands. Lining up shit edge to edge. Looking out windows every now and then and feeling anxious were there are no windows. Stop sporting a beard cause I was pulling most of the hairs under my chain, got to the point of ripping them off. Tapping feet for guilt and dissociation XD

I have a thing for plastic covered garden stakes and green twisty wire. We're talking one central stake ringed by five or six others. Every bud has an adjustable network of wire gently holding it exactly (and lovingly) where I want it. I use about 40' of wire per plant. I have never once seen anything like the anally retentive support/training structure I use. It's time consuming and tears my fingers up but I really like it. But it's a bit excessive. I fear for my sanity.

OMG! yes!..for me it's the door that leads to the garage..i only bolt it at night so when i see it bolted that tells me i've already checked and made sure the garage door is down..i can't go to sleep if i can't remember if i checked..i get up and then even if it's bolted, i still have to check to make certain the garage door is down..
