Ok so im thinking of growing one plant.
which method of growing would yeild the most?

.Go to 12/12 at a large size
.Go to 12/12 at a small size around 1ft
.Scrog
.LST
.Topping
.FIM
or any other method i didn't list

PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR OPINIONS!!!!
