hey bud, no drywall on the interior. concrete stucco exterior. using an hvlp sprayer to apply 2 coats of drylock extreme to the interior and exterior of the building after letting the cement cure with dehumidifiers for a week. Then i will have relectix set to all the walls in the plant rooms using ramset nails.

nice journal. nice pix. is the greenhouse a stealth op? are you not worried about odor? if not is there a reason you didn't just go with a straight hoop house? do you need a gardener, cause i come highly recommended:)

Whens the grow gonna start? Fuck theres not even a floor in it yet. Still gotta do drainage and pour cement, shoot the walls down, build em, electrical and roof, insulate or not?, finnish, build tables and put up lights, test, sprout seeds or take clones, veg, flower, and maybe in eight months well see a bud from this lol. Tell those workers to hurry the fuck up. In the USA theres tv shows where guys make over restarants in three days. Whats the hold up to germination scoobs?

i wanted something with solid construction so that should anyone come on the property it just looks like one of my workshops. i'm telling everyone it's a painting room and that the 5 ton chiller is really and extractor. lol. plus, we get crazy rains and floods here sometimes so i wanted to build it up higher than the flood level and the block also helps with insulation. smell is not an issue...totally sealed space.

seeds will be germinated and moms pulled out in a tent i have running. when the space is ready we'll be going right into veg with 8-12" plants.

I would say about 3-4 weeks away from being ready for plants. the drainage is already in; the service electrical is already there, the roof is a poured cement which will be the biggest thing. the electrical will take a day with my guys. no need to insulate mortar filled block. this is the jungle. hit it with a few coats of drylock extreme for moisture on the inside and outside with an hvlp sprayer and you are good to go. tables are already built, just using some reflectix on the walls around the plants but that will take an hour to hang with some ramset nails.

the hard part is over. cement block and poured columns take time. you can only go up 4 blocks a day cause you have to let the mortar set properly. thing is 10' tall.

are you putting your tables on casters so you can roll them around?

It makes it sooo much easier to do maintenance.
doing 4x4 flood tables in the veg room. Had stands with casters made out of 1.5" galvanized tubing. they are slanted 1" to a drain for any runoff or when i want to clean them out. the cloning station is poured concrete right out of the wall.

the flower room i got the pots going on heavy duty saucers with casters on them.

damn... I know a project like that takes time..... but the time is well worth it. In the u.s.... if you calculated every hr and every dollar put in untill your first harvest. you would break almost even. then the second...third harvest thats when the fun comes!! pure profit, total set up paid for in less than 6-8 months!! way to rock that shit scoob!!

NICE SETUP! I love seeing a good grow come together.
I'm excited to see your results, you actually have the environmental control and op size to make meaningful comparisons.
Which EC scale are you using? DG will burn most plants at 1.6ec but if you're using the 700ppm conversion that's about 1.14 which is a good dose.
I can't see paying canna nute prices. If you want full control mineral salts are much cheaper. The full AN line uses more bottles than you need salts to make Hoagland's solution and you can modify that to whatever ratios you want.
