Scottsdale Approves 6 Dispensaries

now they just need to find out when they can submit their real applications to open. Also I wonder if the landlords are really going to sign contracts with the dispensaries. I think at this point I would not want to risk my property in some crazy federal seizure.

So are they saying the city approved the opening of 6 dispensaries or just 6 locations? They legally can't approve them to open because state law requires them to have a license and it is illegal otherwise. I glad they want to move forward with the law but it would be just as illegal to allow them to open without a state issued license.

washington has had dispensaries illegally since like the 90's i'm pretty sure and they're just now trying to get them legal.

People seem to not know the difference between the co-ops and dispensaries. Here in Arizona the co-ops are being called a grey area but it is within the law.

what is a co-op exactly? and how does it deffer from a dispensary??? sorry i tried to Google it but the question wasnt really answerd.

Co-op is a patient run organization. Patients pool together their plants/available meds to give to other patients for a donation. Pretty much a damn dispensary that doesn't have to pay the same taxes, follow the same rules, and has much more flexibility. The fact that co-ops are charging the same that dispensaries would and street prices show me most of them are crap.

ya there are "Compassion Clubs" selling for 70 an 1/8....same stuff i get for WAY cheaper lol.

What do you need to do to start a co-op? is there paper work involved? MasterS ur the best man, glad ur on these boards...have a good one man.
