Hey guys..

I"m doing Scrog .. which if your not doing seems dumb cuz you get so many more buds.

Anyways i got two 600 watt hps lights.
So two 4 by 4 screens should be about right?

Anybody got a good links to some homeade scrog nets using string etc?
Was thinking about making a 4 by 4 frame using Pvc.

PVC is pretty light, you're going to have to weigh it down.
Mine is 2'x7.5' & made of heavy stainless tubing & fencing & the plants still push it up.

I built mine from 2/1 wood and just formed the squares with string.screw the wood together then just form the squares, easy.plus I dry the plants has whole plants,so I just cut the string and replace, one ball of string that cost 1.50 pounds, does two grows, then I just hang with cup hooks from room ceiling pva tube can also be used

I should follow up. I've used string and metal (chicken wire). I will never use chicken wire or any metal screen I'm older and have thin skin and got tired of bleeding on my plants. Using the clothes line you don't have to pull it as tight when lacing as with using string. And you can slide it back and forth an inch or so to make it easier to tuck the leads without damage (string has some stretch also just not as much). Drill your holes through the pvc pipe an 1/8" bigger than the diameter of the line, it makes threading much easier. The 3'x3' screen in the back took a 50' package in each direction. Best of luck with your future scrog.

I made one with 34 inch pieces and another that's a little bigger at 38x34. I don't really know why I made a rectangle. Probably overthought it but whatever. I did the hooks at every 2 about. But I really just eyed it. I took a self tapper and spun it but didn't thread to make a spot for the eye hook to grab in easily. You get them started by hand then I went back with my impact with a 5/16 but and with a little touch screw them all the way in. Then I strung it and at the end I could see that I fucked up the last row on each axis. So I had one really small row that I'll probably not use. I made 2 4x4s for my neighbors tent setup and they came out perfect. I go and do mine and get overthinking my layout and make them kinda hack. lol but it was easy. Waiting for more adjustable hooks from Amazon to get them up.
