ScrOG : Bend or chop top?

Is it better to top your ScrOG plant low or bend the top over?

U can do whatever you like, doesn't matter. You can top the plant a couple times and end up with a canopy covering the scrog with heads, or you could make the main chola grow horizontally under the scrog.

the idea is to keep the plant as symmetrical and balanced as you can. this is easily done by topping before you tie down.
