Scrog needed + general questions.

Okay, so yeah, I'm a totally noob. I've been researching the forums here for the past 72 hours. I've smoked a lot, but never thought of growing until recently.

Basically here's my setup: I am living with parents. I have two empty computer cases for which I am going to use the Scrog method. I'll put them in my closet, have a carbon filter going in there as well as an Ionic pro going outside the closet in my room.

1. How many plants can I get in each case using the Scrog method? They are typical mid-tower ATX cases. I still haven't figured out how to get bulbs in them at the top/sides, but I'll just go down to my local Menards and rig something up.

2. I don't know what strain I am going to be using, but just try to give me a ballpark figure. Depending on your answer to question 1, how much would I be able to harvest altogether from my two cases?

Now I have some general questions, and I am sorry for being a complete noob, so feel free to flame. I've been reading lots of topics and such but I still have some silly questions.

3. When "harvesting" a plant, does that mean the bud and the leaves? Like, after I let them dry, do I take all of the leaves and buds off and that is my harvest?

4. When I get females, can I just keep cloning so I'll never have to plant seeds again?

5. Is it possible to take off buds or whatever before it has fully grown? Like, let's say I want to get high, but it's not done growing. lol, Can I do that?

6. Is it possible, since I'll be using the scrog method, that for some reason or another, a twisty tie gets looks, the plant gets free, hits one of the bulbs and catches fire?

I prefer not to have my parents house burn down because I tried to grow some weed.

7. Okay, now here's where if you haven't began to reply flaming me yet, you will now. How do I know when my plant is vegging?

8. How do I know when my plant is ready to harvest?

9. I plan on using CFL bulbs. For the two cases, will I need just two altogether? four? more?

10. Using CFL's, how much will my light bill be going up? Estimated of course. Ballpark figure would be appreciated.

11. After I'm done harvesting my crop, how long will it take to dry? I'm guessing 24-48 hours? Maybe just looking for confirmation on this one.

My goal is 1 to 2 pounds/month. I realize this is quite unlikely with just two computer cases. That's when I start ordering full towers in addition to what I got.

I really appreciate any answers that can be given. Mind, I'm trying to be discreet about this as possible. I would just use the closet, but my gf wouldn't appreciate moving huge weed plants out of the way to get to her clothes.

My advice, skip the computer cases. You'll be limited to tiny yields if you don't. More importantly, don't grow in your parents' house. That's just common sense. You'll probably continue forward anyway, so read up in the GrowFAQ, where you'll find many(if not all) of your answers.

just throw the bitches up in an attic. idk try useing a cardboard box lined with mylar and put a vent with your lights morespace more yeild, just say it a box of old clothes or something.
