SCROG screen too crowded ? Recommendations please.

Day 28 of flowering. First Scrog.

5 plants with total of 62 bud sites in a 75x75 cm area under a single 400watt HPS.
I didnt veg them more than the recommended amount of time and flipped when 3/4 of the screen was filled.

Now after 4 weeks, I started to think like there are too many buds but not enough light penetration.

Options ;
1. Buying an 600 watt dual spectrum HPS and use it instead of 400.
2. Add another 150 HPS (already have it) next to the 400w.
3. Leave it as it is.

I have at least 5 more weeks to go and not sure if upgrading lights will change the yield.
Just trying to get the most out of this and suggestions needed.

I dont want to stress them but I need to get a decent result.

Suggestions needed. Thanks in advance !

yea fuck it why go buy another light when ya got one sitting there- looks good so far tho, id add the light and keep on waiting

Thanks to both of You.
Im also trying to avoid stressing them and stopped cutting lower branches. (I still have like 20-25 of them).
I hope the screen is not too crowded so they can swell.

eh cut them now if they are under the screen, they wont get any light anyways, and just rob nutes from the rest of the plant.

Yeah i would trim all the underbrush completely, bare it all. I only let them fill 50% of the screen depending on strain. They are going to take off when you flower and fill the rest. I also only use two plants per screen and let them fill in (my screens are 4x3 and 3x3).

Thank You herbal. But wouldnt it be risky if I trim more in mid flower ?
I know there are too many plants in there and next time I'll go with less.
They look like at least one week behind for 28 days to me. All are 8-10 week strains.
Now I Know, scrogging different strains is not the best thing to do.
