SCROG Strain

I posted this in the wrong forum the other day so here it goes again.

Can anyone recommend the best strains for screen of green method, I have been looking at cindy99 following one recommendation and also white widow.

Any advice would be most welcome.

Cali could you tell me what sort of yields I could get with big bud in a scrog set up please?

Also I notice I can buy big bud seeds from sensi seeds and it costs around £60/10 ir I can buy them from nirvana seeds and its £17 for 10, does anyone know would there be a difference or would they be much the same?
