I might still try to setup a scrog net, with the means of reducing vertical height. I can only let them grow another 10", or they will be getting deep fried by the hps. ( i keep the hps about 8"-10" away). I will have to start to tie the tops off to the walls, pull them to the side.
This is where my flowering gets weird. The plants have always been on 12/12 , before i started lsting them i did see pre-flowers in the older one. It seems like lsting them kinda made them veg, right now they are 3 weeks into flower but they look like they should be in there first week. Pre-flower did not show up on all the tops untill a few days ago. Vertical growth is slow but they are still growing.
Loving that. I am going to grow my clone in a soda bottle. Looks awesome, great way to reduce the size of the monsters i'm growing.
I have a feeling i can get 3 to 4 oz off those 2 plants, if i am able to keep them healthy
.. 28 main tops 3 - 4 tops growing off each main top. idk its turning into a jungle in there

yea. 12/12 from seed and they both flowered about day 30. The oldest is 54 days old and the other is 1 week behind. I'm thinking they will be close to done in October. Some Halloween weed!

Looks healthy for using a backyard medium,wow. Keep it up but I would definately keep yor eye on the ph. Sure would like to check out some of those actual 300 watt cfls. ttyl

Thx. The soil i'm using is very sandy, easy for the roots to grow and very easy flush. Its not the best for growing but it has always worked great for me.
It would be nice to get a couple 300w bulbs, it would be kinda over kill for what i'm growing. That hps seems to be doing great. All my tops are growing. Highest point on the plants are 17" now. The older plant is start to sprout hairs like crazy, soon my tops will start flowering, cant wait!

They still want to grow . Only have another 5" - 6" of head room left for the plants. They are at 18" now. I am going to make a new box after this grow so i might just cut a hole in the top and bring my light through . Would be a pain in the ass, already have it anchored to the top of the box.

It's the bud size I'm concerned about. I'm sure if it's healthy enough he'll have fat buds stretching into the hotzone.

The older plant is starting to go into flower more so i might be ok. Still only have 6" to work with. We'll see, either going to have to tie the buds back or cut a hole to bring my light out of the box. I probably will bring the light out instead of trying to tie the tops to the sides. Ill update some pics, have to go into work for a couple hours.
The clone has super roots. The roots are the size of a pencil. Rooting powder is the best.
