Yeah well I've received not even a thanks for the money message from themPm EM here. They had a 48hr turnaround time from order to tracking # because of the 30% promo.
What's his user name?I didnt get anything either until about 15 minutes before I PM'ed EM. He didn't take care of it for me, it coincidentally popped up before I sent him the message but I know prodding him helped others who were in the same situation. Somewhere in the Sea of Seeds reputation thread he mentions they should be catching up this week.

Since the el cheapo beans were out of stock, and I was actually looking forward to receiving said beans, I asked for a total refund. I did have other purchased beans on the order, but I really only got them because they looked intriguing and were on sale for that day. Almost within 5-10 minutes, I received an email stating I was issued a refund and the order was canceled! So I will give a big thumbs up to response time and resolution, but I will reserve making judgment about the rest of the process as it seems there are still many kinks they need to work out with their system.Hehe, one of my items was out of stock, and it was dirt cheap too. I never received any information on that other than E M informed me. He says I can get a refund or get a different item (good luck, cheap sedes!) but I see no way to do that. Time to work out some kinks!
I had a issue also with some bad seeds SOS sent me more,along with more freebies cant ask for more!!Ok guy's just got my beans today and was pretty happy until I checked my 6 feminized original sour diesel's ($105 for 6 seeds). They sent the 6 seeds but 5 are cracked open (slightly but never the less they are open and more than likely duds) The one that isn't cracked is very small and white (still actually looks green).
UPDATE: EM is taking care of it and resending the sour diesel's. Can't ask for more than that!!

i think the only major problem which we are having which we are trying to resolve is a lot of people are not receiving the emails we are sending out this includes the tracking info, this is being worked on and hopefully we will get to the bottom of this,

How did you pay?I've emailed them and all the above and I have not gotten a confirmation or a tracking number despite them saying they have. The only thing they said is it's processing and they sent the email....yet there still is no email in my inbox or anything. I asked them how long it will be for processing they didn't answer. Why does this shit have to be so difficult I just want confirmation and assurance that what I paid for is being sent to me. No happy at all.
