They just relaunched. They are having difficulties. If you read many of us have waited a week for a tracking number. And if you're emails were anything like this they have every right to be rude. But I doubt that it. I've seen several cases where people get ugly with them/their reps. And they are never anything but professional.
 
Soooooo, im gonna bitch for a second. Im not typically one to do this, but its been buggin me ALL day, and now i have a few cocktails in me so here it is..... I placed my order friday prob around 900 am UK time. Received order confirmation, but nothing on tracking. I placed my order in hopes of delivery b4 the weekend as I have ordered from herbies 3X in the past month and ALWAYS rrceive tracking info that day. I logged in and checked my status all day friday & saturday. Finally i sent a POLITE email to SOS. They respond a few hours later and in my opinion were very rude. (how is that for customer service) i then responded with another nice email to which I got no reply. This was a trial run and I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SOS AGAIN.... Stickin with Herbies. Herbies = GREAT customer service & VERY FAST deliver, exactly what US buyers r lookin 4.

You waited a day and a half or so and got on their ass?? What's your order number? I'm #84 just received my confirmation yesterday and my tracking this morning. ordered on Tuesday and didn't bother them with a "polite" email... Most of the guys on here have been waiting much longer and haven't made a post like yours, which seems out of place for such a small wait. I also would like to know how they were rude. I haven't seen that comment among the relaunch issues, until this.

I think people need to remember they had orders prior to reopening that needed to be made still on top of a high demand of new orders. Notice the title "New Order"# whatever in your emails... I gave it time and I have my confirmation now. Be patient, a couple days isn't unforgivable for what they're doing.
 
I've used SOS several times and never had a problem, i always receive orders quickly and well packaged (stealth options good). Just placed an order on friday, already had confirmation. Works out 16 seeds for £43, can't complain. Buddha Purple Kush + Oxypot should be fun. E M keep up the good work.

Ive never ordered from SOS but know it wouldn't be a disappointment, Attitude has more rep so they just happened to get my attention, or else it wouldve been SOS.
 
Attitude does have a lot more rep, but honestly even with the issues sos has had of late, I've still heard more bad things about attitude then SoS. Not to mention, on top of better/friendlier customer service, they have better pricing on most everything.

BUT! Attitude has a bigger selection. I hope sos continues to grow their selection, and push the need for us to go elsewhere right out the window!
 
If SoS has a small selection to you, then you're crazy... Its one thing if they don't have a certain breeder you like, but the selection they have is far from small.
 
and also do you think every staff member that sees your order number has access to your billing info??


imo yes except maybe the credit card # would not show and if they did see the # it would be like xxxx xxxx xxxx 0123 provided you used sage pay.

if you called sos and placed the order, they would see everything.

Just for the record we cannot take payment over the phone, I hope all is well everyone :) im gonna get some rest a very busy day tomorrow peace out!
 
Is your credit card processor down again? Had three cards rejected two of the three I use frequently for international purchases..........

Wow you need to look at the AVS system and look at the new rules put into play a few years ago.
Now days they cant see the CC number.
So no, no one sees it.
 
Placed my first order with them today. No guaranteed shipping. Let's see how stealth they really are. I hope it comes through intact and untouched.
