if you need help installing it, i can help you out a little with info on how to do it.I just ordered a mini split that's the best fix. Will probably go to those parazontal hoods after I get it.

poor mans evac. Open small service valve while pushing in shraeder valve on big service valve, after it blows out real quick, let go. it's purged.I watched the install video seemed simple enough. I know I'm going to have extra pressure from not evacuating the lines but it should only be 5 or 10% loss at most
like where you put air in a bike tireWhat's a shraeder valve
yes, you remove those 2 caps on both valves, inside the top you'll need a hex wrench to turn it.So that will push out all the air in the circuit and charge the lines or whatever. Just using the freon?
once you connect the copper lines, you want all the air out of them, the head unit will be pre charged with nitrogen, you will release that.Oh ok. You just can't vaccum the head unit.
it looks like the condenser is the only thing pre charged, In a/c we pull a vacuum on the lines and head unit to remove air and crude before opening the valves to charge the system. So, if it was my unit, I would do evacuation, or the poor man purge if you don't have a vacuum pump.http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FH4DSDA/ref=pe_825000_114660910_TE_item
There's not much reviews because of some hater who has never purchased one gave it a 1 star.
connect lines to head unit and condenser, 2 valves on condenser, each valve has spot to open valve and connect a hose. Open valve on little on small service valve while pushing in shrader on hose connection on big service valve. when it spits, let go. open valve rest of way, open big valve and you're done.So connect the lines to the condenser and then let a small amount of refrigerant out then close the hex screw valve? And on the head unit I imagine there's some sort of valve on the connectors or in the head unit to open or depress for a moment? Then just finish connecting the lines together and release the refrigerant?
