Sealing flex hose coming through window

I have a window that I removed and it’s now plywood both sides with 6” insulation in between. My insulated flex hose goes through a nice fit hole. What’s the best way to seal this area from the cold?
Tape, spray foam insulation?

Both those would work great i guess. Or some silicone?

Spray foam is what I use.

Thx I assume the spray stuff will stick to the plastic cover on the vent hose.

Oh ya, the spray expanding foam will stick to anything I have tried. I fill the gaps then clean it all up with a razor blade.

Go get some rigid duct to run threw the window. Well worth thev$5
