Seaweed or kelp

Has anyone used seaweed before and what was your experience using it ? Also is kelp different or the same type of product as seaweed? The reason I'm asking is I have kelp but no seaweed around and was thinking of getting some just wanted to know will the seaweed help on yield during flowering.

I don't know if they are the same thing bottle wise....but Kelp is a sea weed.

seaweed / kelp - same thing. speeds up metabolism, has iron, potassium, amino acids, trace amounts of other nutes too. its a catalyst for beneficial fungi
