second attempt at growing! :)

my last attempt failed due to temps getting to high, but just recently bought a 4 inch exhaust fan, but will this bring the temps down by much? cos that is the only issue i realy had?, and not to sure where to place it in my grow space? any input would be realy appreciated and can post pics if you want thanks

if you post pics of your set up and tell us about what equipment you are growing with you wil no doubt have a lot of people chiming in with help, me for one.

exhaust fans help a lot with cooling but that isn't the be all and end all.

I have two fans, one that circulates air in the room and one exhaust fan. Try having your exhaust high in the room, as warmth goes up. But I strongly recommend an oscillating fan to move the air off the plant and around, that will help keep the temp more managble. Another thing thats importent to keep the temp down from lampheat, is the amount of air going thru your exhaust compared to its size. my space is very small, so I'm having to keep an close eye. Maybe downsize the lamp or go over to using cfl's. (depends on your size and setup)
