i am a culinary student and a marketing major two different schools. Marketing first and then i guess food network got to me so i went into the cooking industry.

would love to open a place but the amount of money i make i cant say its in my future, unless i get lucky. I mean from going to school for it i have learned no matter the exp a cook is similar to a chef. they both love what they do but do it for there own gain. However maybe in a few years when the economy is better i will think that i should have went with the marketing. And with loans i got to say lol that i am not a person that would open a rest soon. Unless pot was legal as booze. .Then i would put my self in more debt to open the first marijuana rest. I dont see that in my future though

hahah yeah my mother was a professional chef for 20 years the hours are shitty and the pay aint great unless you've got a Michelin star or some fancy ass place. in the end she went into teaching it. good luck tho man life is what you make of it!

now the first MJ restaurant is deffo somethin to think about. Move to amsterdam, dare to dream!!

yea i mean most people unless you are working for a 3 star place still calls it a cook. I mean cooks are good cause who can say someone who is a cook or chet...if its a mom dad or brother sister if they know there shit they know there shit. I guess its mostly cause what i know about cooking i learned when i was young and what i learned in culinary school was just a boost to my previous knowledge. Getting that award is great but if i am not at a 3 star place thats only a dream. When weed is legal however i will be opening my first place via friends and family and no matter how the taste is...even though i think that it will be good people will be to high to notice. lol...its a dream but you never know. even if i have to open a medical marijuana rest, hopefully it will work out. I guess i think i suck but everyone is ther worst judge.

i think the biggest problem with the mj eatery is no one can legally drive home and it takes a good while to kick in you'd have people sitting there for an hour feeling nothing then bitching that your shit dont work.

i totally agree with you on the whole cook/chef thing, you dont see that tit end gordon ramsey calling himself a cook, other people might or wait is that 'cock' their calling him?!?!

and yea it is the fact that who can really say who can drive home after eating weed. very good point. i guess the thc stuff should just be delivery.

what? you are dreaming man... trichs are formed in dark, and die during the day.cannabis plants are night plants.plants do like humidity during veg, and little humidity during flowering, but it has nothing to do with your storry...
