Hello guys! sorry i havent been on but i got some new pics and a problem the leaves are turning yellow and the bottom ones are starting to get cryspi and crunchie is this part of the flowering or am i doing something wrong? i have it at 1200ppm i ran out of a bottle of nutrients does it matter if the ppm gets lowern than it used to be? well day temps are 75-85 and night temps 65-50 (im missing a heater it gets a little chilly at nite), ph 5.8-6.2 but its still budding and its awesome :DDSC00268.JPGDSC00270.JPGDSC00271.JPGDSC00269.JPGDSC00273.JPGDSC00272.JPG

If you run out of food you really should pick some more up. I would try and solve that problem, it's probably to do with some deficiency. What nutes are you running?

DSC00275.jpgthose are the nutes im using, pureblend flowering i use 4tsp,calmag i use 3 tsp,for bloombastic i use 1/2 of tsp same with the awesome blossom, u think im over doing it? does ppm really matter if you give it the correct amount of nutes?

So is the problem with the leafs getting progressivly worse? I think you should drop the pH to 5.2, because at 5.6 and up there are some nutrients that are not being taken up. I'd drop the pH, keep the nutrient levels the same, and see if the problem stops, when it does I think you should raise the ratio of bloom foods, the ppm you are running isn't too high and if the plant isn't experiencing any other problems then it can be higher. To me, it looks like a nute lock-out becuase of a pH issue.

How many weeks flowering are you?

yea but slowly but i think its the ph and the amount of nutes i give her.i was thinking it was nute burn but cant be a nute burn cuz i been having the ppm around 1200-1300. its been 4 weeks into flowering about to be 5 weeks this thursday, i will give her littlebit more nutes and lower the ph to see what hapens

I never had salt build up when I grew hydro, so I can't say from first hand experience. I only grew hydro three times but I really never experienced any problems. I used the General Hydro 3-part, but only really used the bloom and micro with "Lucas formula" (maybe something you should look up, it makes things really easy). One word of advice though, whenever you have a problem, flush immediately for abut a day, and replace the reservoir. What's cool about hydro is that whenever you do notice something go wrong, you can always just switch out the media (water & nutes) and correct it within hours.
