Hey everyone I thought I would post up a picture of the entrance to my grow room and ask how other people have created hidden doors.
I built the wall you are looking at there and the framed mirror is my door. I cut notches top and bottom of the framing about a half inch deep on both sides and then put the frame together 3/4 of an inch smaller than mirror. I screwed in the top bottom and piece on the right side and used Velcro to attach the left side. I can pull off the left side of the frame slide the mirror out and there's access to my plants. Hidden in plain sight.
We had a plumbing emergency a little while back and the insurance company had to come in and measure the entire place went into that room measured it didn't even bat an eyelid. I'm not overly creative or really all that good at building stuff so I want to see what some of you have come up with!
