Just so folks don't get arrested for listening to Timmahh...here is the post from a law firm specializing in medical cannabis defense,

Pay particular attention to section 8

look for this quote: This statement from the physician must occur between the time of the enactment of the MMMA and the defendant's marijuana offense.

That means after the law was passed, but before you are arrested.

Timmahhs interpretation of the law would see you in jail. Unless of course he is the ONLY ONE that understands the law.

I'd rather keep you out.

see, i can post a link too. Difference is bob. these lawyers actually WIN cases for medical cannabis patients, instead of pleas them out.

both these lawyers wins cases and doen't plea them out unless their client's civil rights are being violated.

Oh and bob, those are both Michigan Medical Cannabis Specific lawyers. not some large corporate money machine that swindles thousands from clients by means of taking cases, then just pleading them out for reduced sentences when they were only guilty of something that is the equivalent of a broken tail light fix it tickets.

Real Lawyers will Fight For you bob, not plea your case with their buddy the judge.

They do this on other sites too! I've talk to both of them they seem like intelligent guys. I don't understand. I compare it to professional wrestling.
