Secure connection failed message??

is any1 else getting secure conection failed when they log on to this site ?

I get this message when I log on from my phone but not at home on the PC .

Not over here.

i get something about a certificate not sure if its the same thing?

for the past couple days i've been getting booted off at random, yet can still ping the site. same results with ie or chrome. it only lasts for 20 minutes max so i assumed there was an update or something. not sure if it's the same issue but fyi anyway i guess.
