security light

I have a security light shining on my plants at night. Its about 150ft away, I'd guess. When I planted my garden I thought that a barn in between the light and garden would block the light. So far I don't notice any problems, but I am a newbie so what do I know...lol. My guess is that its 1000W hps. Do you think I will have problems in flowering my plants??? thanks

If you have a light meter you can check the light at the canopy. If it is more than 10 ft candles you have to shield the plant from the light.
