security question

Im not really worried about somebody coming over here un invited and finding out Im growing, because thats unlikely considering my light is on over night. My question is this

I grow in a closet, its stealthy to the point where Im not obvious to the neighbors or even guests in other parts of the house. However if you came in my room it would be quite obvious since I dont have a grow tent or anything like that right now, or the money and time to really make it extra stealthy right now. I feel like I cannot have a girl over obviously and Im not sure what to do. I feel like it would be awkward to keep staying at a girls house or to tell her I dont want her to come in to my room. Has anyone ever had this dilemma?
