I placed an order on December 30th, and I understand there is a back log of orders probably from the Holiday season, however they have NOT returned any e-mails, help tickets, or anything of the like. I know they are a reputable company but I have one question... Will they inform me once my item has been shipped? If they don't reply soon I'm going to charge back my credit card transaction and order from Nirvana or Dr.Chronic.
