OK so i had found a few joints left laying around so i opened them and i was gonna re roll them until i found A seed in one of them... so i looked up how to grow marijuana and i have been doing research for about a month now and i knew the first step was to germinate then so i did this...
1)left in a cup of warm water in a dark place for 24 hours
2)next day put them in a damp "not wet" paper towel and put in a dark warm spot in a Ziploc baggie
3)about 20 hours or so i took them out and examined it it was split down the side and i could see the taproot inside...
from re search i know that the tap root is suppose to grow about an inch before you plant them but this was my only seed and i didn't want to ruin it so i put it in a cup of fertile soil about 1/2 inch deep and put it over a CFL light its been under that light for about 4-5 days now and i keep the soil moist but still NO SPROUT so i moved the dirt just enough to see the seed but no tap root???
what did i do wrong i am getting 20 more seeds so next time i wont mess up can some one tell me what i did wrong thanks.
