this is a hard one...there is no real time line for seeds(each one is different) though i have know of poeple cracking seeds that are from the eightys with near 100% results
if you plan on saving some keep them dry/air tight/cool to help keep them longer.
dont put anything in a film container, it releases some stupid ass toxic chemical. I forget what it does to you, probably kills you over time. Either way.
