View attachment 2621651

Hey Guys, so here's the current state of my seeds using the paper towel method. Do you think they are ready to be planted into soil at this stage? it appears one of the seeds is actually black :s has this ever occurred to anyone here? Thank again

thanks for the reply. yeah I think i'll do that today, do you think its worth even planting the seed with the dark root? it seems strange im a first timer so not too sure whether I should plant it or just chuck it. Thank again

I usually wait till their all clearly popped out, but if you want to plant them thats fine, It will just take longer for the seedling to sprout above ground

thanks for the advice, having planted them in that state last thursday, one has begun to surface above the soil, faster than I had thought. the other 4 are still yet to appear.

mb keep the soil temp a bit warmer. like 70F. thats all they need. moisture and warm soil. got a heat mat for germinating seeds? they work great.

The one in the center of the picture is how I like mine to look but I've planted them with smaller tails and everything was fine.
