I need a little assist on this. I am looking to purchase 10 seeds next week and i was wondering what would be the best for me under these circumstances 1. this is my first grow 2. of course i want to maximize my yeild 3. i dont not want to grow very tall plants

I am going to veg w/600 Watt mh and flower w/600 watt hps. I have a storage closet that i will put a grow tent in. If there is any other info i neglected to mention pls let me know.

i usually suggest using bagseeds for a first grow so you can learn what your doing and not waste money on good genetics

if you really want to spend the money and want short plants look into low ryder or other autoflowering strains

Best seed mix at this time is without dought the greenhouse indica mix,Trainwreck,The cheese,Lemon skunk,White rhino, great white shark. All these strains are massive yeilders and has long has you soak the seeds for around 6/7 hours before the seeds go onto a plate with wet papper towel on then cover wih another saucer the same size has the first all will germanate fine.Every seed that i have mentioned here all have massive yeilds for 25 pound you can't go wrong with this mix.

I would suggest not using bagseed. Herb grown for smoking that has seeds does not mean the herb was grown until the seeds fully matured and you may experience some or numerous problems due to the seeds and mistakenly believe it was due to errors on your part.

There are many seeds from professional breeders that are inexpensive, even feminized seeds, and some are known for ease of growth so my advice would be pick something like a past cup winner that is no longer the flavor of the month and because of that has a low price.

You can go to http://en.seedfinder.eu/ and find information on over 1,700 strains. If you follow the link then click on strain database and then click on cup winner. Pick one or more that have descriptions that appeal to you and then check out a few seedbanks like Attitude and Hemp Depot etc., those and more can be found using the following link …
http://www.seedbankupdate.com/su.html ….. and pick a strain or strains that are both quality and inexpensive.

If you want to go for variety you can go to http://www.worldwide-marijuana-seeds.com/ and find a wide selection of single seeds to pick from so rather than purchase a pack of 5 or 10, or 3 or 7 as some breeders package them, you can pick a number of different strains to grow all at once. If you do that be sure to try to pick strains with as close as possible flowering times and also height so you do not end up with some plants needing to be set on blocks or bricks or something to keep all your plants close enough to your light or having some plants that need a week or three or four or eight weeks or longer (as in some landrace or high percentage sativas) to mature.

Unless my memory has failed me Greenhouse Seeds offers four different indica mixes.

The one concern about the one you mentioned, with Lemon Skunk in it is if you get a sativa phenotype Lemon Skunk like I did you had better have lots of height to work with and either have multiple lights that can be set at different heights or be prepared to place your other plants on blocks or bricks or pieces of wood or whatever to keep them close enough to your light.

Other than that possibility I do agree with what was said about the indica mix being a value. Regardless it would still remain a value but it would be a pain in the butt if someone were to end up with a sativa phenotype of Lemon Skunk like happened to me.

Pick a strain, any strain! You choose something you want because you can grow any strain any way you want. For example if you want short and wide plants you could FIM and do some LST. Also flower early to keep the size down.

As for buying seeds, I recommend www.planetskunk.com for great stealth service where ever you are. They have never let me down before or anyone I know.
