Now back to cannabis. It is dioecious (dicot) as in having cotyledons. Those little round first leaves.

I never said grain seed was fem seed. I said Monsanto, the inventor of fems seeds btw, has done monopolized the grain industry and done a bunch of other nasty shit too.

Yes you did. You said the demand for fem seed is by the seedbanks. You said Monsanto created that business model.

You implied it.

Some seeds at farm supply are gmo but the majority are simple f1 hybrids.

The business model you claim can be done with fem or reg seeds.

I started reading this thread because I thought it might hold some justification for my seed collecting habit.....so disappointed.

You are comparing apple and oranges.

The fem thing is not to force you back.

You realize when Monsanto does produce cannabis seeds you will get in trouble for even using their males for pollen, females for pollen or seeds. They will have a patent on males and females. To think otherwise is silly.

To think they will patent female seeds only is silly. They will want to control it all.

I can have a million fem seeds and I only need one male seed to go back to reg seeds.

You bought some bad fems and never fooled with them again. It could've happened with regs.

Anyways, I'm done with this stupid argument anyways.
