Seed to Flower to Veg

I have a problem... :hump:

I started some seedlings about a month ago in my flowering chamber. As soon as they sprouted they flowered. Which drained them of most of their energy and nutrients. I have them converted back into a vegetative state although they have lost a ton of leave and are still small for as old as they are. What kind of bud can I expect to get from a plant that grow to maturity after being punished so hard in it's early life? Has anyone ever regenerated a plant after flowering? I'm going to find out regardless of what advice I get. I will put up some pics as well as I undertake this endeavor.

As long as it's green I'll grow it.

...I've regenerated, not from a seed like you mentioned, however (IMO) I believe the results will very depending on how long you veg them. The longer you veg a plant (regenerated or not) the more bud you'll get.

I think its impossible to measure the potential of "what could have been", but I don't think the plant is harmed too badly in the long run. Just let it reveg, clone, and make a mother. Then you won't ever have to reveg again.

the plant will reveg but it will take a good week or more depending on the strain to start showing new growth, and the old growth will no longer grow but will stay alive. it adds quite a bit of time to the grow so if you are in a hurry i wouldn't bother.

Great responses, thanks guys. I feel confident in the plants ability to recover. I want to give them the MH again for a solid month or two. They are currently getting the HPS but it seems to be working. I have transplanted all of them to their permanent homes and they seem much happier. We will enjoy our veg time!

Took some pictures of the progress today. All plants were topped early on and are adapting well to two stems. I have started training two of the plants and they are taking very well. The rest with bush out shortly. I will start feeding this week. :weed:

Things are much better now. I have to do some research on trimming. I don't have any experience with it yet and I know these bushy ladies are gonna want a haircut. There leaves are getting tangled together.

The city is scheduled to come out and change my water meter. The only problem is that it is in my grow room. Has anyone ever had to deal with city officials coming into their grow operation. Do they have a duty to respect your privacy or can they go blab about it to whomever they want? I am a legal medical patient so I am not too worried, but I want to know if I should take some precautions and clear out my grow room for the time that they will be here.

I personaly would clear out the plants for the time they are there if you can seeing that your in early stages why the hell not, even a non med patient can have grow lights in a room thats no issue but to be on the safer side I'd move them, not to be worried about the fed's more worried about rippers you got no idea who's showing up and just cuase they work for the city doesnt make them legit ppl.

Also I wouldn't "trim" your plants unless your gonna lollie pop them that's a must for yeild. but just trimming veg plants is IMO worthless, why take leaves off a plant that needs them create energy thru photosynthesis alot of ppl think that removing leave's is better and lets light in but leaves are your work horse's it. If you ever notice that your plant grows much faster the bigger it is it's BECAUSE it has more leaves and taking them away can stunt your plants growth. once agian IMO the only time you should remove anything from the plant is when it's died on it's own (plant sheding leaves), your lollie poping(removing small/lower branches that get little light) or your harvesting. studys show that ppl removing large fan leaves during growth stunt their bud size in the last few weeks when flushing occurs due to the larger fan leaves containing extra nute's and essential sugars that your plant needs to still swell in the last 2 weeks...

I've grown for quite some time and I've seen ppl trim and I never have once and even done side by side grows with freinds and came out way fatter beacuse they feel the need to remove leaves for low buds to get light, the bud is'nt taking in the light and swelling it's the leaves taking in the light and producing energy for the plant to produce the bud..also the leaves next to a specific bud arent taking in light for that specific bud itself its for the entire plant as whole

If you need anymore help I can always answer anything or at least point you in the right direction feel free to pm me anytime bro

Good words bra. I am ready for the visit tomorrow, I took down a lot of stuff in the grow room and have a place to store the plants. Also gave me a good excuse to vacuum out the area. I'll have to set everything back up once they leave and get it done before work that afternoon. That's the only tricky part. Plants are growing quick, just switched back over to Mh and will continue until I start flowering.

Meter maid came and went. Turns out I had a broken valve, which from what I understand is meter maid jargon for you r water bill is going up. The city forced me to have it replaced free of charge which is not fair at all. Up until now I have been enjoying comfortable water bills far below the normal rate. Oh well all good things must come to an end.

Changed the setup for the room to provide for better use of the space. Plants are getting huge under the Mh. I think it's just what they wanted. I noticed a little chem burn after I fed them guano, it seems to be receding as they grow. New growth is going twice as fast and the chem burn only affected the lower underdeveloped leaves.

The plants have a stinky fruitty smell developing. Can't wait for full bloom.

I'm trying some new picture hosting sites for this update. The RIU forum is not accepting pictures from my computer like it once did. To hell with it!

The ladies are loving the MH. I went ahead and changed the setup of the room since I had to take everything out for the meter change. I need to toke :joint::joint::joint::joint::joint::joint: Much better...

The watering schedule is all fucked up. The tallest two plants, or the two further from the camera, Are drinking faster then the smaller foreground plants. I watered them together. I watered one of the smaller one today, the one to the left, and the other is still not ready. I hope it evens out soon or else keeping track is going to get difficult.

The plants are expanding to fit their space. The topping method worked great, I hit them at the fifth node. Then when I repotted them I buried them up to the top two nodes. They are deep in the soil so the weight of the bush will not snap the single stem. I placed a fan blowing wind around them to help strengthen their stem some more. I am hoping that the weight of flowering wont cause a snap but only time will tell. These bitches are gonna be sick after I veg them for another month.

Enjoy the pictures, if I get a crowd I'll keep throwing down. :weed:

The ladies are filling up space quickly. I want to grow them tall and big to get a nice harvest. The leaves are soaking up so much light I can lay under the plants and feel ten degrees cooler then at the canopy and they're only about a foot tall. Cats are still trying to eat them, the cane has been utilized. Throw me some feedback or some pics of your own. Peace!

HOLY SHIT!!! My buddy dropped off a 400W HPS today. Now I am growing with POWA!!!! That's 800Watts One 400 MH one 400 HPS. The room is bright as the city of New York. Testing the heat fluctuation now. I turned them on as soon as I could so far it feels about 5 degrees hotter. I need a thermometer now with the extra power. Also may have to add a new fan. Might install some CO2 if growth jumps up drastically. I'll get pics up soon.

Been changing the grow room setup around lately. Added another 400W HPS bulb to the room but it blew the temps threw the 90 degree range. I decided to turn it off for now until I can figure out a good ventilation system. Even with the grow room door open the temps soar. It may work in the winter when it gets cold here.

Currently I am running on 400W MH bulb which is a high intensity bulb. The ladies seem happy. I think there stems went threw a lengthening period because of the excessive heat. New leaves are developing quickly as well as female pistils all along the stem. I haven't switched from 19/5 yet it is interesting to see so many pistils before flowering. I hope this is a good sign. They smell dank :weed:

I did a lot of work early with LST and it seems to have paid off. I see about 50 bud sites from the top view. And looking from the side there are more bud sites below the canopy. They will be huge flowers  Some of the branches have deep cuts in them where they are growing around the ties I used to LST. Not sure if I should take the wires off or not. Any info would help

Thanks to anyone watching. Good luck and happy growing.

Found another web on one of the ladies tonight. I still haven't seen any more mites nor any signs on the leaves of mite damage. I applied another spray mist of hot pepper wax. Seems a safe and low impact solution to the problem.

Watered with 750ml and mixed in a tablespoon of 13-2-1 Bat guano. The stems of the plants are growing around the ties still. When I try to remove the tie I feel sticky sap seeping out. Decided I will leave them on for now I don't want to hurt the plant. I am worried they will stunt growth.

Temps running a constant 83 degrees. Humidity is 56 % which I think is a bit low. I am working to get it up. Installed a lock on the grow room and doubled my trips up and down the stairs. I forget the keys 90% of the time. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY

Got back from a long vacation. The Ladies are massive about 4 feet tall. I turned on a 400W HPS and switched the timer to the twelve hour cycle. Time to start the flowering, in order to accelerate things I dripped molasses on the soil. Will water tomorrow night and will bring pictures as soon as I get my camera back in operation.

If you ever need to borrow my cam, braaaa, just lemme know.
Yea that would help. Also I can't take pictures unless it's during light hours of flowering. I usually don't feel up to it at 12 am and I don't wake up until 1130 which leaves little time. I will sooooooon I promise
