Seeding problem. Help appreciated

OK so I germed about 15 seeds and only a few didn't survive. The strain that popped first was the Mazar and they looked to be the most viable seeds in the bunch. After about 3 days the other plants started catching up and the Mazars slowed down a lot and the tips slowly became brown over the next couple days. The first to pop is now the worst of the bunch. The other strains are doing good but all Mazars are browningand are now about 4-5 days old depending on the seed. Can anyone spot the definite problem? Heat, humidity, light, nutes? At the start I had temps tipping over 80 but not by much which I now fixed. The lights were farther away before I fixed the heat problems. Now I'm at 72-76 steady. The other thing I was wondering was I noticed my Ph up and down has 9 k and p respectively but I forget which has which Nute. Is this normal? Should I find another product for phing seedling water? Should I just use tap straight for a bit even though its PH is around 8? any insight comments questions suggestions? Thanks for any help in advance as I'm off to bed for now.

So it is only one strain that is looking like that? Young seedlings don't need food, so it's not nutes, unless you have been giving something...

like I said its only the mazar and no nutes but my ph up and down has nutes which I didnt realize at first one 9 P and one 9 K. So you think this is def the problem? and if so is it worth it not to ph correct even though my tap is around 8 and the distilled water I bought is not much better. is theres a brand of water that anyone knows of thats a better ph without messing with it? I thought my store bought water would be at 7 but its up close to 8. Is that weird?

not really wierd, but you should soak your rockwool in ph balanced water 24 hours prior to use.
if your ph is off, it will restrict your plant from taking in certain nutrients it may need, and will show as a defeciency

I did that all that jazz with the 5.5 water soak. I guess its just nute burn but I would still like to know if its normal for up and down to have nutrients in them. n what water I should use for seedlings where I wouldn't have to mess with the PH thus adding these nutes in the up and down.

just mist the plants and keep the rockwool moist. as for the ph up and down, there are other ways, google organic ph up and down.
