what's the best way for beginners to sprout my seeds ? I`ve read lots of different ways to do this but want to know what's the easiest way for beginners. I was thinking about soaking them over night then putting them in soil. Any help would be much appreciated .

soak in water until the seed sinks after no more than 10.12. hrs if you have not got a good taproot place seed on white tissue paper on a plate spray tissue and cover with more tissue and pop another play on top leave in a dark warm place and check regular once taproot is out place about half an inch it soils and leave to grow. make sure u spray soil don't soak few days she will be above soil

What I did after many mistakes was what the guy above said soaked until they sunk then transfered to a damp paper towel until tap roots were atleast an inch (kept them in the dark). Then you transfer to the soil, plant will emerge shortly
 
Soak in shot glass of warm water for 18-36 hrs. Then right into soil. Great germination rates when I do it this way.

Thanks guys will try this is my first grow in a long time so fingers crossed
