Seedling and Germination Lights and Rihztonic Questions?

I am getting ready to start a new batch of 5 Skunk #1 seeds.. I am going to germinate using the paper towel method. Once I have roots I am going to transplant in the 28cm pots.

My questions are as follows?

1. Can I put the seedlings under a 400w MH lamp placed 60cm from the seedling or do I have to use a T5?
2. I have 2 LED floodlights would that be better for the seedlings over the 400w MH?
3. Should I add Rhizotonic to my watering or is that too early for them?
4. How much water would a seedling in a 28cm pot need?

1. Yes. The seedlings dont need much light at all.
2. What's the LED spectrum?

4. Depends on the pot volume, the type of soil and the amount of water already in the soil. Keep it moist. Squeezing a piece of soil between your fingers should leave them feeling slightly damp but not wet.

Once they germinate, don't let the root get longer than 1/4" before you plant.
