Seedling and Light

What kind of light shud i use at seedling stage.I have 24 inch Fluorescent 2 tubes.And i wonder if the colour of Fluorescent makes any difference?

thats good for the moment, keep the lights an inch away or less. the color spectrum doesnt really matter in veg imo but technically you want blue spectrum w/a little red for vegging and mainly red spectrum with a little blue for flowering. 1 blue and 1 red will be alright for the first few weeks of veg, then your gonna want to start upgrading your lighting, alot.
