seedling bent over!

When I checked on my seedlings this morning one of the seedlings stem was bent in half. I propped it with a tooth pick and thread lightly tied. Fan was blowing onto the light and bouncing off back of tent. Will it survive? super cropping for toddlers?

There's always hope.
Are there leaves under the bend?

Did it "damp off" or just get too heavy for the stem?

ambient temp 73
temp w/ lights 83
humidity 25%

I don't know what damping off looks like. The sprout is 3 days old and about 4" tall. Was out of the rooter plug in 48hrs. stretched a little with no light for 1 day. woke up this morning and the plant was bent over about 2" up with the head touching the rooter plug. Lights come on in 15 so I can give an update then.

Well the head's still green but the bend looks shriveled and looks to be drying out.
