Seedling concerns!!

This seedling is about 9 days old. It started growing quickly, by day 2 it has the true leaves poking out but somewhere along the way it stopped growing and started yellowing. What can be the cause? I do see little sprouts growing in the middle of the first set of true leaves but I dont think the true leaves have grown enough to start growing a second set already?

Pictures for reference. I have this plant under cfl 80 watts (2 40 watt bulbs) overnight and I live where it's always sunny so I put it outside from 7 am to 5 pm in (mostly) direct sunlight. Water probably once a day, drainage holes on bottom of cup. I keep the light about 3-4 inches away from the light.

Those 'true leaves' you're referring too are called cotyledons. They act as an energy store for the seedling to use until it can develop its first 'true' set of leaves. Be careful sticking them out in the full sun until they harden up a bit. And don't overwater.
It's also not unusual for a growth sag while the root mass develops.

Arent cotyledons the rounded leaves? The razor like leaves wouldn't be considered true leaves?

I'm worried about the yellowing leaves , I know overwatering isnt the issue..any ideas?

Yes, the serrated leaves are the true leaves.
As you've seen in the other threads you posted, don't overwater and you need to start feeding.

Does the soil have any nute charge? You could give some fert but very mild dose. You shouldn‘t need to water daily. Even though the surface may look dry there should be plenty of water down low.

Im currently using ecoscraps natural organics potting mix. It says it used old fruit etc. which should supply nitrogen and other nutrients through the soil?

The leaves praying is good. Just because it is organic and natural doesn't mean it has a nutrient starter charge. She definitely could use some fertilizer.

Not too familiar with organic fertilizers. I think Advanced Nutrients has an organic line. As does Botanicare,
