Seedling, grow help?

Hello, first post so bear with me please pleas. My 2nd grow. Going organic unless needed. Have compost soil. The leaves one of my plants are light green and the first 2 leaves I forgot the name, when the plant sprouts are burned at tips aswell. Nute burn? I know I messed up by adding too early on i added a bit of coffee grounds and epsom salt in the soil mix. There outside in 8 hours or so of on and off direct sun. I know this is a cluster F*** post loll. Thanks for any help!

The leaves tips are burned and light green? And stems are purple/ maroon. Genetics or problem you think?

Id repot them and start again. Give them a nice water in (no nutes, no Epson salts and no coffee) the plants will stagnant for a few days as they recover.

If you made ur own soil mix did you let it "cook" for a month or so?

Like let it sit so its not "hot" and burn em from fresh compost? Yes. I have more soil with earthworms and banna peels and eggshells in the compost now Im going to use around mid veg when I transplant to there hole in the ground/ or final pot. Input? Thanks agAin
