No, not normal, but mutations are not uncommon. I'd say she looks a bit stunted and color is off so your soil may be an issue.

I looks to me that your ph of the soil is way to acidic and you transfered way too early and it's causing stress for sure if your going to start from seed try a seedling mix like black gold ph perfect and you don't need to feed for 2-3 weeks just water with ph'd water

It's all good man if you allow your water to sit out for a while that will help a bit catch rain water it's perfect ph 7.0 and try to mix in small rocks for better drainage

Perfect soil is a gardeners pipe dream, and you may have trouble finding two people to even agree on what perfect soil is. So that said I would posit you could take garden variety soil or even dirt from outside and make it somewhat better. There are many common kitchen and pantry items that can give extra value to the soil. Ground eggshells, coffee grinds, banana peels just to name a few. I bet a targeted Google search will list many more in a matter of minutes. Do not settle for what you can get if you are able to easily improve on it.

These are 47 days old from seed in foxfarm oceans forest ,mixed with nectar of the gods soil, using nectar of the gods nutes. I would say 97 % perfect soil to nute ratio I would say this if you don't read you'll never learn. I never have bugs or mites or flies and gnats. I run a tight ship I water with 6.2-6.5 ph'd oxygenated water so it all falls on the grower. some are better than others but if you never get hands on you'll never know what you can do

If you have an aquarium and don't do weekly water changes, the water will be a great source of nitrates.
Especially with messy fish like goldfish.

My one cactus went from making 2 or 3 flowers to 17 flowers this year after I started feeding it my fish tank and filter waste water.
