seedling help

hello everyone,

this is my cannabis seedling and she (lemon kush) is 8 days old



she is under 23watt cfl, it is about almost 30 degrees in my bathroom and there is barely any ventilation and no oscillating fan. there is a slight burn because the cfl was .5inches away and have adjust accordingly

how long does she have before she gets screwed by the conditions?

Im not an expert or professional grower but i think about a month. I had a plant inside wthout proper lighting and it took weeks before you can really tell it needed help
