Seedling isn't growing at all

I can't remember it changing much if any since it broke soil. It's got one pair of serrated leaves the size of the cotyledons and I can just barely see 2 little bright green bumps of new growth, except it isn't growing. Hasn't moved in at least a week. If it was dead how long would it stay alive looking?

Mine just did the same thing. I had to change my soil out and i was over watering also. I added a very small dose of superthrive to my runoff water and its started growing again. Im using 100w LED

Bizarre. I wonder what the issue is, I don't think I've been overwatering it. Humidity is really low in my tent. This has happened to me before, in a greenhouse. The seedling looked fine but didn't grow at all for over a month. I finally poked around under the soil, and roots looked normal. My interfering at that point killed the plant. The soil my plant is in now is starting to get kinda compacted but I'm not sure how to aerate it without disturbing the roots.

Im not sure of the correct way but i use a little fork and ve cery careful. I just stick it in and twist a little kinda like a tilling motion. Are yours in the sun or lights? Mine seedling didnt grow at all for about 2 weeks. It was green as ever lol. My guess is its having trouble rooting.

I've been watering it with a mister bottle and it's been kind of misleading cuz the soil looks soaked but it's bone dry a few millimeters below the surface. I think that, and light bleaching from keeping the LEDs too close at first, was why the five others died. I'm pretty bad at this haha. Four never broke soil after germination in a paper towel. The fifth died as soon as it broke surface with signs of light poisoning and I thought I'd caught this one in time but I guess we'll see. A friend of mine in that greenhouse had a seedling that didn't grow for three months but looked alive. Finally one day it just fell over, detached from root rot. I don't think I have root rot though.

A fork sounds legit. I'm using 250watts of cob leds. I kept it in indirect light for a while and gradually moved it so it gets 18/6 direct now, but the light is nearly 40 inches away from it.
