Seedling Issue

So the basics: White WidowXNorthern Lights, 8 gallon res, distilled water, ph 5.7, ppm 284 (this is my first time with a ppm reader so not really sure if thats good), 2.5wks old, 3 part advanced nutri, gets watered 4X a day, 3 flourescent lights about 8 inches from tops.
I added 6mlG/3mlM/1.5mlB a week ago, everything looked great but the leafs started to get yellow tips and droop. I noticed I hadthe watering set to 7X a day so I cut it back. The tips stopped turning yellow and drooping however now the entire leaf is turning pale. The leafs are curling upward as well. The max temp in the room is 76 and the min is 72. I was thinking maybe I should add some more micro to the mix to bring up mag or nitrogen? Or maybe raise the light? Or maybe do both?

Another question on its own, is there a quick way to adjust the ppm or is it just changing the water out completely the only way? More concerned with the curling and pale green of the leafs but if you can answer all that would be great.

Hey man Ill help the best i can,,,,,, to lower ppm add more distilled water to raise it add nutes but I think 284 ppm is good for such a small plant. But im not sure whats wrong with it i want to say it looks like nute burn but with such a low ppm i think it would be fine. I hope someone else chimes in to help.

Im assuming your doing ebb and flow system I run an NFT system and you may want to change ur water out weekly if you can imo. i like to keep my res fresh lol
