Seedling issues any advice PLEASE Pics included

Got 2 seedling in light warrior. Unfortunately not growing at my house and left them without water for 5-6, and may have overwatered them. Should I cut the dead leaves off and hope for the best?

You are over watering alot.

Yes let go for a few days until the soil gets a little dry, or I would just get bigger pots and transplant them. And then just keep the soil moist until they heal.

Think I should rip those dead leaves off?

Won't hurt too, I wouldn't rip them off. Use clean scissors and cut them off. Lol
