NVG wouldn't help you much. Is it really that hard to set the focus on the plants? I've never understood how people can take a photo like this, or with an HID turned on, and actually think that uploading it would be of any use to the people answering the questions. I don't want that to sound like a bullish kind of comment Pinguino, but surely even you can look at the photo's you've uploaded and accept that they are worthless. Just turn the light off when you take them, it's not going to do any harm, and if you are that paranoid, then take the photo's when the lights go sleepybye.
Fuck what a terrible pic, cant see shit. Need night vision goggles, I can see that they are too skinny, what are the temps? Also there is too much perlite looks like 2/3 fuckin perlite.

Worth bearing in mind next time you need help. Sooner is not always better. Will also help save on vague answers based on vague pictures and making you have to go through a plethora of answers trying to work out which are the accurate ones In this instance (we don't get FF soils in the UK so i can't advise there) the consensus seems to be the soil is too hot, but for future issues, you might get all number of contradictory answers because folk can't quite see what is actually up.
