Seedling looking a little down.

It seems to have yellowish spots appearing on the outside of the leaves. Having a hard time diagnosing. Soil seems to be about 6.5-7.0. Been watering with distilled water, not sure if that's contributing or not. Any help would be appreciated.

Temps are currently 78.4F/53%

No nutes yet. Using FoxFarm Ocean Forest. Haven't tampered with the pH of the soil, much, so it's sitting around a 6.5-7. The light's sitting about 16"-18" away from the plant. Think I should go ahead and move her over? She's 2 weeks today.

I had the same problem with two plants :D
i left them in 250ml pots, the roots were coming up from the soil, haha,i left them there because i didn`t have where to put them, when i transplanted they were fine, just stunted for 2 or 3 days...
another week and yours would have been the same...

Thanks for the quick advice. So far the plant's a little droopy and the spots are more prominent. There was a pretty long root at the bottom, so I'm hoping I didn't cause any transplant shock.

Update with pic... Please tell me I haven't killed my plant. Leaf tips are curling, one leaf looks limp/wilting and the leaves are yellowing on the outside. This seems to be happening rather quickly after my transplant.
