Seedling needs help

attached is 2 pics of my Purple Kush seedling that is 2 1/2 weeks old. Only watered 1 time, I did use the heads formula at 1/3 the straingth. Is nutes the issue or is it something else. Also the soil is coco mixed with perlite and earthworm castings.

looks like nutrient burn.

Shouldn't give nutes till 2 or 3 weeks. And introduced at 1/4 strength at most. Did you pour water on or around stem and leaves? Was watered phed? And how much water?

Not sure how plant was watered, my wife did it for me as I am away at work, should I have her flush it with ph water?
