Seedling not shelling issue..

So I've started growing these 2 autos at the same time and one is growing fine whilst the other literally won't come out it's shell. I've prised it open 2 days ago but still nothing. Is there anything else I can do or is this one done??? it's meant to be a premium seed so I don't really want to throw it away, unless I have to.

Put it in a moist paper towel and place inside zip lock bag and check back in a few days. If it’s viable it will pop with this method.

The enzyme in saliva should dissolve it's hinge so it falls off or loosens,
I just did this the other day on a Seed stockers seedling that got it's case stuck.
Spat on my finger dribbled it on and brushed the two cases off after around 10mins.
